Successes and Gratitudes - Nov 13

Friday the 13th! No superstitions here, today is pretty awesome actually.

Successes:

• Helped launch an internal leadership coaching offering that will happen in December, and there's so much uptake already!
• Got to reconnect with a friend and former co-worker of mine which was great!
• Achieved some of my professional coaching goals and am taking some time to reflect before jumping into the next ambitious goals!

Gratitudes:

• I'm thankful to work with people who support me and who come to me for support- have been so lucky to be a part of a fantastic HR team (and we had a great lunch meeting on this topic today)
• I'm thankful to have a home that provides enough separated spaces that I can put some boundaries around my work space if I need to
• I'm thankful to have a boss who will notice when I've forgotten to sign off for the half-day off I booked and tell me to clear out already :)
