Successes and Gratitudes - July 15

Another successes and gratitudes!

Successes:

• I got promoted! I'm now Director, Learning & Development and I'm super excited. I've been working toward roles at this level for a long time and I'm excited to now have one.
• The panel event I mentioned in the last posting went well, and there'll likely be some video clips coming out soon!
• I went on vacation with my family, with air travel and everything! We were in Vancouver last week, which was awesome. I missed getting to go to new-to-me cities. The cover photo here is from our trip up to Whistler!
• I completed some really great team coaching training, and am looking forward to supporting a team coaching offering internally!

Gratitudes:

• Grateful that I was able to not only get away for a bit, but stay pretty disconnected. It was good to get some rest and recharge time in (west coast time zones are tough for me)!
• I got to visit the University of British Columbia- even though my M.Ed is from there, I'd never actually been! Glad to have properly set foot on campus now.
• Grateful for so many awesome friends and colleagues who cheer me on and give me feedback. It's so awesome.
• Lots of opportunities to coach and be coached lately, great stuff!

Been listening to lots of 90's music lately.
