Thanks for sharing. What an excellent post! You can also ask these questions at a meeting when you are given a new role or a promotion or are moving to a new department at a company where you are already employed.

We worry a lot about how we will show how talented we are on the technical and process side, but we forget to show our leadership skills by helping to guide the person interviewing us. This approach is an excellent way to get some idea of how involved the interviewer is in the decision-making part of the interview process!?
