Ever found yourself trapped in a loop, facing the same challenges over and over?
If so, it's a sign that a mindset makeover could be the exactly what you need!
The impact of our mindset often goes underestimated.
In fact, our results are 80% mindset and 20% strategies and actions.
For example, you can have the best marketing strategy for your business and if you can't get yourself to to take action, the strategies are useless.
Having a fixed mindset undermines your potential, keeping you stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, fear, and risk aversion.
Ready to move past these barriers?
Them let's delve into the transformative power of a success mindset.
7 Strategies to Help You Achieve Your Goals From the Inside Out.
Do you shy away from challenges in an effort to avoid failure?
If so, change how you view challenges. Rather than something that is negative, see challenges as an opportunity for growth.
Embrace them, learn from them, and evolve.
Do you take criticism personally?
That used to be a "hell yes" for me. Any negative comments or constructive criticism was crushing.
Instead, view feedback as a tool for improvement.
It's all about refining your approach, not seeing it as a personal attack.
Do you feel threatened or discouraged by the success of others?
Again, something I'm very familiar with personally.
Here's the thing, this isn't a zero sum game. Just because someone else is successful doesn't take anything away from you.

So go ahead, celebrate the success of others and see how that shifts things for you.
P.S. Don't forget to celebrate yourself as well.
Do you crumble when faced with setbacks?
I had a choice to make today. While writing this newsletter, I clicked on a tab and deleted my whole post. Decision time...get pissed off at myself and say screw it? Or look at the lesson (ALWAYS write it in google doc's first) and just start rewriting.
Resilience is the cornerstone of success. Bounce back, learn, and emerge stronger.
5. Embrace Continuous Learning
Do you schedule learning time in your calendar?
What I've learned is that if it isn't scheduled, it doesn't get done.
Staying on top of knowledge in your industry keeps you ahead of the game.
It also boosts your confidence.
When you know you're sharp on what's happening, you are more self assured and come across more powerfully.
6. Think Outside The Box
How often do you take action or make decisions based on the status quo?
I get it, it's a safe place to be. You don't stand out and you can avoid rejection, criticism or embarrassment.
To challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone, explore new possibilities, and innovate outside the expected in your industry.
Don't want to collaborate due to fear of competition?
I get it. It's scary right?
However, collaborating with others helps drive success by:

And while the mind is an idea generator it needs the brain to convert the invisible into a visible tangible reality. This is where brainset plays its part.

8 个月Susan - One of the things I am leaning into this year is to celebrate success! Whether they be "big" or "small" - after all, that's all in our thoughts, right, the goal is to take time to intentionally celebrate what's working and what I am learning. It's been a big mindset shift for me. Thank you.
