When we aspire for great success, it is the result of the small efforts every day with out the notice of most people. Most small efforts are not noticed by the mass of people, but are essential components in the large success. Small efforts will build to great aspirations one detail at a time.

Watching my children play with Legos though out the years taught me how what starts as a great number of small details can lead to great things in the end. With systematic building of the parts, sculptures can be formed. The picture of watching children build with Legos is a great illustration of how we become successful in business.
