AIM Training and Consulting International
Companies hire us to create breakthroughs in sales and revenue growth through sales effectiveness training/consulting.
When it comes to achieving the results we want in sales, business, and life, sometimes in spite of our best intentions, we fall short of our goals. This can lead to thoughts of failure, disbelief, or wanting to give up. Unexpected events, setbacks, or distractions can get in the way of winning. We may place blame on other people, angry customers, distractions, circumstances that we think are out of our control. Oftentimes, we overlook that our own thoughts or lack of focus could be the reason for us missing our goals.
It can be easy to place blame on outside events, people, or factors for falling short of what we want to achieve. The solution to this is one word: accountability. I define accountability as what we do when no one else is watching. The dictionary definition of accountability is: the acceptance of responsibility for one’s own actions and implies a willingness to be transparent. In todays blog, we explore taking accountability for our results in sales, business, an life. First, lets review:

Failing to regularly evaluate your performance can hinder personal and professional development.
