The complete painting & painting frame of success is extremely philosophical. It’s not merely a painting or a splendid painting frame. When we walk through on any painting exhibition we are fascinated by the painting- the usage of colors, the theme and aristocracy etc. If you are not a typical British who may not like your painting and instead he will appreciate your painting frame, we all amazed by painting (read success) itself.
Once a company achieved more than its sales target and the value of share has been increased in market. The CEO called a celebration party and he invited all employees in a big hall. The party started by tribute speech of CEO. In his speech he called company tea boy & house keeper. He said our employees are true writer of our success story including these 2 person. They are starter of our success story. The house keeper cleans the stair we use to go floor to floor of our office, this ensures to go ultimate stair of our goal (read success). The Tea boy offers us morning tea with inspirations which ensures to be motivated and better engaged toward success journey. All of our employee bringing energy and pace to it & thus we painted our success.
The painting and its frame tells us amusing story. The beautiful painting telling us its beauty created by a lot of hard work, Patience, dedication, the thinking process, strength in willingness while frame tells us sustainability of success and learning from failure.
It’s not only important to celebrate each milestone but also important to keep trying in bad time and have patience. As Thomas Alva Edison said I didn’t failed thousand times rather I learned thousand ways which will not work: commitment, commitment toward goal, and goal is ultimate success.
It is failure story (read –learning story) which gives us strong basement for success. When nothing goes right go left, means do not alter your goal rather alter your way to reach.
The rainbow shows us beauty of her, but it is rain who sacrifice himself to create it. Similarly it’s accepting pain and hard work who creates success story.

8 年I think, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is the most significant tool to identify the performance of an employee of a company. It leads the employees to steer the mission and to motivate them toward his as well as company's ultimate vision effectively and efficiently. But It is very rarely followed and regulated by our local companies rather than MNC company like Midas Safety Bangladesh (IHPL). This is the reality to become success in these MNC company and it will be executed then when a Sound HR Policy is existed. Every company must establish a HR policy to be a successful company itself. I am right or not I don't know. But experience reveals it. Thanks for this writing in dynamic way.

8 年Beginning of my career ,I have been working in such a department ,where I need to deal with people from very low level to top level mgt and this opportunity let me to know the basic needs of people ,how they can be better motivated,discrepancies of expectations between low level & top level mgt .Local companies in our country must come forward in investing human resources on highest priority basis.
