During the admissions season, Shobha would embark on a remarkable journey.
Like a determined sales executive, she would go from door to door, tirelessly promoting her school and persuading parents to enrol their children. She believed that by bringing in more admissions, she could secure a little extra income to support her dreams.
One scorching summer day, destiny brought Shobha to my doorstep. She had come to my house, passionately advocating for admissions in my neighbourhood.
Witnessing her tireless efforts, I was moved by a mix of sadness and admiration. Shobha’s unwavering dedication and hard work inspired me profoundly.
How good NGOs initiatives will change the lives of needy people
At that time, a remarkable NGO called?Youth For Seva?team approached me through their Skill Development Center with an opportunity to train individuals in digital marketing skills.
As a professional in this field, I realized the potential for transforming lives through this knowledge.
While I couldn’t provide the training for free, Collins Aerospace? company graciously sponsored students through YFS.
Shobha seized this opportunity with an infectious enthusiasm. Balancing her responsibilities as a teacher, a devoted mother, and a loving wife, she dove headfirst into the world of digital marketing.
I marvelled at her ability to manage her time, attend my classes, complete assignments, and fulfilling her other commitments.
Throughout the training, Shobha’s dedication knew no bounds. She absorbed every lesson, skill, and strategy with eagerness and unwavering determination.
Even though she had known little about social media channels before, she fearlessly embraced this new world of digital marketing, opening herself up to new possibilities.
After completing the courses, Shobha’s journey had only just begun.

The present success of Shobha as a digital marketing manager
And today, Shobha stands tall as a digital marketing manager for a prestigious interior designing company in Hyderabad, earning a handsome salary of 30,000 rupees per month. No longer does she have to wander the scorching streets in search of admissions or strive to meet targets. She has found a rewarding and fulfilling career path, one that showcases her skills and allows her to grow.
Looking ahead, I am confident that Shobha’s relentless zeal to expand her knowledge and expertise will propel her even further. I have no doubt that, in the coming years, she will achieve remarkable success, doubling her income and making a significant impact in her chosen field.
Her dreams – goals?
One day, I spoke to Shoba and she said that she was very much thankful to?Youth For Seva?and can’t forget the support from them in her life.
If she didn’t join in my classes and didn’t learn these skills, she might be still struggling with those old challenges. While saying this, I noticed that she was going a little emotional.
Now, she crossed her first challenge of earning a decent little salary and now her goal is a “Work-Life” Balance.
She wants to come home by 6 PM and wants to spend her time with her little cute kids.
