What are your educational qualifications and current role?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from G.N. Khalsa College (Mumbai University).

I'm currently working as a Senior Team Manager for one of our major RCM clients, primarily managing the Account Receivable teams. I am also responsible for managing other business aspects like Billing, Payment Posting & Credit Balance Refunds.

What is the best thing about IKS Health according to you?

What motivates you to go beyond your call of duty and give your 100% consistently?

The sense of responsibility, ownership, and trust demonstrated by my leaders towards me inspires me to stay proactive and organized. I strive to complete all tasks within their respective timelines to achieve best-in-class customer experience.
