What are your educational qualifications?

I have a Master's degree in Microbiology, along with having CPC certification from AAPC.

What is your current job role?

As a Coding Specialist Auditor, I am well equipped with the GI department and handling client quality. Being an auditor, it's my primary responsibility to ensure accuracy of work we deliver to our clients. Additionally, I also am involved in helping the new joiners with training to help them transform into proficient coders.?

How is your education helping you with your current role?

My educational background has proved an anchor in helping me to refine my skills as a medical coder. Having the acumen to understand the anatomy, physiology and other medical details, I have been able to perform my day to day tasks with confidence and accuracy. Also, the problem solving skills developed during my academics help me to tackle daily challenges smoothly.

The keen desire to add something new to my knowledge keeps me motivated to go beyond my call of duty. Being a keen learner, I always try to expose myself to something that would help me in enhancing my skills and be a better version of what I was earlier.
