What is your current job role at IKS??

Director - Process Improvement and Business Transformation. I am responsible for Quality assurance and internal quality check frameworks of the Scribble and DA teams. Accuracy and compliance is of utmost importance as this results in effective patient care management that the Physicians are able to provide due to the precision in our framework.?

Additionally, I am also responsible for the customer experience management framework for the entire Clinical Support Solutions feature cluster. As a part of that I manage customer expectations, discuss challenges that the customers may be facing and the solutions to those challenges. We are proactive pulse identifiers in the system that helps us identify the leading and lagging indicators before there is an escalation or an exit.?

What is the best thing about IKS Health according to you??

The sense of purpose! IKS is a process-driven and outcome focused organization. Everything we do impacts the clients and adds value to their businesses. This is reflective of each of our roles and responsibilities. Additionally, I am in awe of the impact that IKS is creating in the US healthcare industry.?

How is your education helping you with your current role??

My background helps me analyze data and explore opportunities with a third party perspective, helping identify gaps that need to be fixed. Business is driven by people and people are driven by motivation.

What motivates you to go beyond your call of duty and give your 100% consistently?

IKS values are something I resonate with personally. That makes it all very easy. Each day is challenging and exciting.

Any advice you may have for freshers/seasoned professionals looking towards taking up medical scribing/medical data abstraction as their possible career options.?
