Leave the same rationality in place while you're trying to change, and that rationality will simply produce the same results you had before the change. Leave the systematic patterns of thought intact that led to the results you are trying to break out of, then those patterns will repeat themselves.
If you start the conversation with business leaders out by saying that "Lean can save you money," you are DOA.
