Success Requires Failure
Andrew Olsen
Leadership effectiveness drives fundraising growth. I'll help you improve both.
If you’re anything like me you probably hate making mistakes. It’s hard for me not to feel like a personal failure when I make a mistake.?
But one of the things I’ve learned over the last few years is that failing is a natural and necessary part of the journey toward success.
Success is not about never making mistakes. It’s about learning from those mistakes and improving because of them. Then teaching others how to avoid making the old mistakes you already made.
So give yourself and your people room to try and to fail. Because every failure means you’re one step closer to success.?
