Success is Never a Goal, it's a Journey.

I had the pleasure of attending SGH Asia Ltd. 's 15-year anniversary party last weekend and during one of the speeches, one line particularly resonated with me:

"Success is never a goal, it's a journey"

It's absolutely true. I've lived this from growing Tenzing Pacific Services for a decade & I'm about to live it again with Employee Benefits Asia (a brand by Tenzing).

For early stage companies, some advice:

• Remote work opportunities
• Having leaders, coaches & mentors
• Company culture

You can always expand on your employee benefits offering over time, but don't disregard it.

Employee Benefits - Growth Stage

Outside of their compensation package, the first thing you'll probably look at is group health insurance or health insurance for the founders/executives & their families.

As you grow, you may look to:

• Upgrade to more modern, user friendly providers
• Add more benefits or increase benefit limits

After group health insurance, you can look to add other benefits:
