Success is MY Full-Time Job

Anyone who is struggling with their job, or the overall point of success, might want to make success their full-time occupation. Make success the thing you do every day and make it the vehicle you use to get you there.

Success for me has never been a journey—it's a job.

Success has been the what and why I went to work every day. I have never cared about my job as much as I cared about achieving success. I have had jobs I didn't even like and certainly parts of my job I didn't want to do, but I put a smile on my face and performed it knowing success was what I wanted.

People seem astonished with this concept, but to me success is the destination and everything else is just how you get there—the journey. I've committed to refusing to quit until I get to success. If I wear out the equipment, resources, or people on the journey, so be it.

The reason I believe most people are not successful is they are too focused on the journey and not focused on the destination.

Quit believing all the psychobabble and ridiculous Dr. Phil sayings like, "success is about the journey, not the destination." It is one of the most ridiculous sayings I have ever heard.

Try this one instead, "Success is my full-time job and I am willing to use whatever resources and do whatever it takes to achieve it." There is no shortage of success, just a shortage of people thinking big enough and taking massive enough actions to get there they want to be.
