Doubting David: The friend [or family] who is Negative Nedra's cousin. He's not openly negative. But, when you want to do something new, different, big or whatever, Dave says "Oh, that's good", but his TONE is like "Bad idea!"

Complacent Cameron: Cameron is happy being unhappy with her professional life. She's REALLY unhappy if you decide to make a change to improve your professional life. She's a secret hater: Loves you when you stay in professional misery like her, hates you when you decide to leave.

Success can be lonely and scary. You may have to leave your old tribe to find a new tribe that encourages who you are now and where you want to go.
