Success journey

11/15/2002?The day when I first landed in my professional career and the day that made today?my 20th work anniversary. As I thought about this day, I could not hold myself from reflecting on what these 20 years have been about...?I have had successes and failures during this time, It's?helpful because I can continue building on success based on learning from the failures I had.?I did not celebrate it as this is a milestone on the journey which is still pending to be completed.?as most of my learning is from my failures and through some of my toughest experiences. I believe its failures and difficult situations that teach the best of the lessons.

The accomplishment that I’m most proud of is how rapidly I was promoted to the team lead position, to the Senior?Management position and have since learned that it was because of my workaholic reliability, consistency, and strong leadership abilities. My life so many years?no entertainments?including weekend and holidays were worked?to earn money to fulfill?my family needs?food?shelter & my son education .

I've learned something from every boss I've had. I have found that the great bosses help me to go further in my professional life, but the challenging bosses help me to learn what not to do in my personal and work life.
