Success Insights – Your frustrations are Yours...Exclusively!

Any senior leader worth their position must, as part of their role, be able to multitask, often juggling several key responsibilities on an ongoing basis.? Executives often strive to keep all those balls in the air, expecting them to consistently stay airborne.? When any of those balls are dropped, there are inevitable consequences and frustration could set in.

No senior manager wants to have to pay the price for dropping the ball whether their own or their team's.? Often they fail to consider the possibility that things will not go according to plan.
