Indeed, in nature, all living beings naturally perform at their peak given the prevailing conditions, except for people. When conditions are unfavorable, nothing thrives, and when they are optimal, production reaches its peak. This contrast is evident everywhere.? With people? however, whether at work, home, or school, the environment and conditions may remain the same, yet performance levels vary drastically. This difference is not attributed to nature or nurture, but rather to choice.
