THE START OF THE MIND HIVE PARADIGM

The Beginning of a Startlingly Real Show.

This is that Success Story that we've heard of. Like the homeless man who is thrust suddenly into the limelight. Then there's the lottery ticket holder who wins a million. How about the youtube video that goes viral for a big break. No one ever gets mad at someones windfall. Now, how great would it be if you could make the choice to have such a wonderful fate. The great mystery is; what does it take to make it happen? If you could hit the Mother Lode by choice that would be a Success Engine. Like a Search Engine but to find well-being. There's a story of a man on one popular social network who is supposed to be receiving a million dollars. He is supposedly to be getting it simply for asking. True enough part of it is that he asked many times in different ways, it's said. Nonetheless, if he does receive it, wow! No one knew what a viral ad was or targeted marketing until the internet phenomena. If I can create such a device for the disadvantaged of the world, how great. It requires input from many, varied sources of input. It can be done but only if people can put aside any feelings of envy or apathy. In short, it will run off of Love.

The heart of the Success Engine is best defined as; A Capability Experience Opportunity Engine. I define the requirements for it's creation as follows. We take the well defined and expressed goals/desires of the individual and develope/discover methods, means to make it so. Rather than just an intellectual exercise this now becomes the primary focus of our thing. Structures exist already that can prove useful in bringing about the result we desire. Social Media, Knowledge bases and Artificial Intelligence paradigms come to mind. The challenge is to put these disparate elements together to form our device. The employment/talent agency companys use their methods to place people in jobs. We don't want to become just another form of these. Rather our goal is to be a structure that produces the most appropriate situation for all involved. As our user/admin base broadens we will be much more comprehensive. To begin however we shall focus on a, " The most bang for the buck.", condition. That is, we are beginning with the grass roots of our desired purpose. It is imperative to be able to show a result, off the bat, that serves all who approach our organization. Where possible we can train/instruct those who require it. The most important aspect of helping to insure success is to obtain sources of revenue/funding. The best way to interest investors/patrons is to show the efficacy of the arrangement. In fact, if everyone who comes to us is able to express their goal/desire and clearly accept and internalize the instruction received we can all see continual positive result. To start the process we have to make sure we promote and advertise the resources that we possess.

Our resources are formidable, thanks to God. We've been blessed with great talents and staggering skills. Our responsibility is to put these abilities to the greatest usage. The most important of these is to be able to see the situation as it is and to face what must be done. The one thing that we must retain is the instruction of God to care for one another. We should be encouraging each other, looking out for one another. Each person/organization who comes to the grouping will have their concerns addressed in a comprehensive manner. That is the best job for the individual or the best individual to fill a position required by a company. The ruler will be an incremental comparison of core competency to the appropriateness of the position/situation. If the absolute best person is not available in a timely manner the next one in line of capability should be considered/suggested. Allowing for the ability to train the individual for greater appropriateness is recommended.

Our responsibility is to draw the different aspects of this scenario together. It requires calling out to various aspects of society and pointing out the advantage of this sensible route to well-being. The sure encouragement to making these moves is the increasing poverty of larger sections of society. Present day society has fooled itself into believing that things are okay because they realize continuing profit in spite of smaller workforces. This is a myth whose consequences will soon become increasingly more apparent. The only recourse is to create a richer landscape of well-being for the vast majority. This paradigm will realize that goal.
The entrepreneural spirit is important. If we make it possible for each to survive their inspiration is an enrichment to the world. A clear comprehensive view of the situation is of utmost importance. The more people who are able to generate their own well-being the greater the contribution to the world. This is not a far-fetched vision. It is the in fact the best case scenario. All work of the world must be done. Why not allow flesh and blood humans to do it, where appropriate. There are solutions to the problems that we face as humans in a finite sphere. Our greatest concern is to get back to the sanity of conservative progression. We must return to the concept of common sense. Amen.
