Success is earned as you need to add value to others.

From personal experience, I see success from one of these perspectives:
I need to show up every day on social to add value, be it through knowledge, education, or empowerment.
Or, as Brendon Burchard puts it, a tool.
"To Take You To The Next Level".
Or my three pillars of the A.M.P Method: Adapt, Master, Prove
To succeed, you need these three things;
Commitment,
Consistency
and
Accountability.
Commitment:
You are willing to put in the hard work or hard yards even when times get tough.
There will come a time when you plateau; this is when you need to push on and keep moving forward and trust in the process.
Accountability:
First and Foremost, you are accountable to yourself.
I know not everyone has the willpower to do it alone, so that you might need a support network around you;
be it a coach, mentor, supportive friends and family etc...
Consistency:
Believing in the process, 100% all-in and not deviating from the path
I am not different from you all, be it I am a coach, but as a paralympic athlete, I have been there, done that and got the t-shirt for all 3.

Consistency as a paralympic athlete is seen from the outside looking in as a given.
But the reality is from the truth,
As an athlete, I can tell you the struggle is consistency or, as you might put it, willpower or motivation, especially this time of the year if they live in the Northern Hemisphere.
It is cold, wet and miserable, and they, like you, would much rather be couped up in the warmth of their living room or in bed than traipsing out at stupid o'clock in the morning for a training session or practice.
The same goes for commitment.
Athletes love what they do, so it isn't seen as a commitment or a "job" to do the work.
The problem only arises as you see the process as "work" and not something that is fulfilling.
For some reason or another, you aren't aware of the bigger picture.
Through no fault of your own, you have been conditioned to the "quick fix" approach.
But, the athlete's mind won't allow for a quick fix approach, as they work backwards from the end goal to the small finite details to get them to that end goal (i.e. Paralympics, Olympics, FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 , National Basketball Association (NBA) Finals, National Football League (NFL) Superbowl etc...) always seeing the bigger picture.
And finally, I have to come to accountability, which I have struggled with for years.
Thinking I could do everything alone or having the thought that I did it alone.
When in reality, the complete opposite was true; I had support from my family, my university, and Disability Sport Wales.
You feel rejected when you don't quite live up to expectations you set for yourself or especially set by others.
This is something I learned from watching Darryll Stinson 's TEDx talk.

It is not truly rejection you feel but either a projection or protection to that issue you are facing.
I will paraphrase the talk now, others are projecting an idea of themselves onto you as you don't fit their ideology on how you speak, act or carry yourself, and secondly, you are protecting yourself from past "failure" you have yet to accept.
We have become too worried about what others think of us instead of looking within and thinking of what we think of ourselves.
I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below ??
