It has been quite some time since I have written something which I feel like sharing here. We all have our successes and failures in the course of our lives. We call these our experience and wisdom. We certainly remember our success stories more often than our failures. But failures teach us a new chapter or build our capabilities to take on the challenges we encounter. More importantly, it is a period to dig down and remain quiet till such time you identify the right time to rise and shine again.
In the last 23 years that I have been working, I have come to identify my Success Commandments which have never failed me, at least so far.?
My Success Commandments are 3 'C' & 4 'D'
3 'C'
Courage
Commitment
Conviction
4 'D'
Discipline
Dedication
Determination
Devotion
These words carry a very in-depth meaning and if you follow them, they certainly hold good to be true. However, the problem with these success commandments is that their duration to success is not guaranteed as 'Time to success' varies from individual to individual. But fundamentally these commandments have always stood the test of time.
Another two words that always fascinate me are
FAILURE = EVOLVE
Unless we fail, we do not evolve, hence it is very important in life to fail as it allows us to evolve, bring out the best in us, it allows us to introspect, and change our course to achieve more than before. It ignites the hunger in us to grow further.
