Coaching is in. No doubt about it, coaching professionals is a booming business and one that shows little sign of cooling off.?In fact, all indications are that the number of people holding themselves out as coaches will exponentially grow over the next few years. It is seen that celebs like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and many more have hired a coach in order to succeed in there lives.

It is a matter of fact if you wanted to succeed in your life, all you need is a friend, philosopher and guide who can take you through this turmoil. If I talk about this COVID time, we are becoming more vulnerable. We need a strategy and direction to pursue our success. And it is needless to reiterate that nothing succeed like success. This boom in coaching proves to be both good and bad. It’s good in that high-quality coaching is a way for people to become significantly more accomplished. It’s bad in that more and more people are looking to provide coaching services and, it’s very likely, that quite a number of them are not up to the job.

In today’s environment with so many people providing – or at least professing to provide – valuable coaching services, there’s a great deal of fuzziness when it comes to defining just what coaching is. In defining coaching, a good place to start is by examining how many professional coaches are defining coaching today.

• The result of success coaching is greater monetary success, greater personal wealth.?Success coaching is about enhancing a person’s ability to increase his or her personal wealth taking into account his or her available resources – including “time.”
