During my internship at CPS, it was apparent that many employees had been committed to the company for decades. The family-like atmosphere and strong work ethic were common traits among those I met. It is not surprising that many who have left CPS in the past have found their way back to the company. These factors are evidence to the company's ability to cultivate a strong workplace culture that values its employees.
