Success is no accident. It is hard work

I am always proud of my team and the ladies who work with me.

“There is simply no substitute for hard work when it comes to achieving success”

Krishnaveni is one perfect example.

Two and half years back, she is just an assistant who use to check day sheets. Just a front liner. She struggled a lot to work with excel.

I know few people rejected her from explaining shortcuts in excel which would have helped her to reduce her work load.

She didn’t give up.

She took this as a challenge.I remember those days that she use to stay back in the office even after office hours to complete her tasks.

Her desire to succeed, the urge to reach full potential made her to come to office even on Sundays.

Later we both started working with cross verification of Salaries.

Total half day , I use to work with her. She use to come to my cabin and we both use to work.

We both brought many changes in verification process.

We tested and implemented New Payroll, which is linked with Biometrics attendance systems.

We got good support from Jahnavi to get Bio-metrics reports .

Her work is so good that she notices even simple, tiny, minute points also which are generally ignored by people. I am proud today that many of our colleagues in our office including her seniors takes her suggestions in reports and tracking issues.

Strong desire for success and determination towards her work are the 2 keys that made her to unlock the door to personal and professional excellence.

Now, Management has recognised her hard work and sincerity and last week we announced her as Head of the Revenue Department.

And she is now, not at all struggling in getting daily reports. She in fact leaves the office daily one hour before than every one. She got special approval from management .

I am very Proud of her.
