“Connect, Attract, Profit: The Machine Blueprint for Clinic Success”
Do you run a private practice treating veins or an aesthetic clinic and do you want to work less and make more money?
Of course you do, who wouldn’t.
Let me suggest how thinking of your clinic as a machine, will accomplish just that!
There are many reasons to go into private practice or to set up a clinic.
Some want autonomy and freedom to treat patients their way. Others want a better life-work balance, but in addition to providing satisfaction and freedom, it’s helpful to think of your clinic or practice as a machine to provide a service to your client or patient and to generate profit.?
There are 5 interlocking "cogs" that make up the blueprint for your successful vein or aesthetic clinic - your machine. This blueprint will enable you to make more profit whilst at the same time freeing up more of your own time.?
All successful business are made up of 5 "moving parts": Content, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
It doesn't matter if your business is providing a product (like physical object) or a service (like running a restaurant), to be successful, all 5 "COGS" have to run smoothly and efficiently.
The same applies if you are a doctor, nurse or aesthetic practitioner: you must understand all 5 elements of your business machine.
Content creation: Content is everything that someone might read, watch, listen to, hear about you, your product or your service.

You must continuously make sure that your potential clients and patients are provided with relevant content about what you do.
Marketing: The distribution of that relevant content to generate interest in you, your product or service. How do you get eyeballs on you? Well, pick one or two distribution channels and go out and broadcast!
Sales: This is the process of converting that interest that has been generated by your content into customers or paying patients.
Customer support: Customer support keeps your clients and patients happy so that they continue to buy other services you provide and recommend you to others.
Operations: The management of your staff, your services, your processes, your risks in your business.
Summary: All the 5 cogs in your business are equally important. If any cog grinds to a halt, that machine won't work. You and your business won't deliver at service or product and make money.
To make more profit, you need to continuously refine the working of each cog. If your business is documented, you can effectively delegate a lot of what you might be currently doing to someone else.
You will have a way of handing over elements of your business to your staff.
