The passage, ‘A double minded man is unstable in all his ways’ (James 1:8), reminds those who, in critical times, are afraid to make decisions in case they turn out to be wrong that, as  President Ronald Reagan found out in his youth when an inability to make a decision concerning the toe of his shoe resulted in a situation where he ended up getting an odd pair, one with a rounded toe and the other with a square one, if we fail to make our own decisions, somebody else will make them for us. In other words, no matter how bad, a

decision is better than no decision at all. So let the knowledge that: 1) To succeed in life, we must first pray for wisdom and thereafter, be decisive in making all our decisions; 2) The worst case scenario is that, if we get it wrong, we will learn what not to do next time; and 3) If we ask in faith and without doubt, our Heavenly Father who gives to all liberally, will accede to our prayers; teach you, each time you need to take a decision, to commit it to prayer and thereafter, be bold and deliberate as you go about it!FG www.fgtalks.com
