There is no Substitute to Hard Work

Working Hard vs Working Smart.

We have often heard that ‘Work smart and not hard’, but what really is the smart work. Does only smart work bring us success, and if so, then why are so many people working hard to reach their goals?

To many people, the concept of hard work is to perform a task for hours without making much plan or strategy. Whereas smart work is doing something creatively, efficiently without much stress.

Aesop’s Fables’ story of “The Crow and the Pitcher” (See picture above).

This looks very smart & easy. But if we observe deeply, the thirsty crow has to find a straw for hours and to carry it all along to the water jar. Don’t you think that is a hard work for the thirsty crow?

Thinking smart & getting the job done is easy, but before that we need to do a lot of hard works.

The best ideas will not work unless someone works hard on the ideas. The harder a person works, the better he feels. Work hard and well, he’ll have the satisfaction comes from within which will drive to the success. Everything we enjoy, is a result of someone’s hard work.

Most people want to win in life but very few are willing to pay the price!

The key to success is to work both smart & hard. There is no substitute to hard work, working hard includes working smart.
