Subscription Engineer #29: AI-driven subscription, part 1

As a platform for my subscription I’ll use podia.com. Never used it before so I’ll be able to tell what I think afterwards. Let’s register and start building!

Today I want to create a simple home page. What do I need for that:

• Brand name
• Logo
• Copy
• Stock images
• Testimonials

The idea for the subscription comes from the old joke that is popular among drivers on every continent (at least I heard in many countries). BMW drivers don’t use turn lights on the road because they forgot to renew their subscription (sorry my readers who drive BMW, no offense, just statistics).

As you can guess from the blog post name I’m going to use various AI tools to build this service. To find the proper service I use?Futurepedia .

Let’s start with the brand name and for that I’m going to use?Looka . It has a free version and generates tons of names based on the input you give. It also checks for the domain availability which is very convenient.

I decided to pick BmwFly and there is a perfect domain for our subscription?bmwfly.club !

Now let’s make a logo. For that I’ll use?Namecheap.com . Let’s provide our service name, select colors, icons and voila!

Now to the fun stuff like copywriting. I will have a lot of copy going forward so I plan to use various services. Let’s start with?Rytr.me? and generate a copy for the top part of the website.

Now I need a stock image for the first banner. Here comes?Stockimg.ai ?that can generate amazing images for you.

Last but not least I need testimonials. For that I’ll need a copy and head shots. For photos I will use?Generated.Photos ?and will pick some pre-generated images.
