Remember the good ol' days when buying software felt like an investment, not a fancy rent agreement? Yeah, me neither ??.
Now, everything's a subscription, and while it offers convenience, it's slowly draining our wallets.
Subscription fatigue is real.?We've all been there: you sign up for a free trial, forget to cancel, and suddenly pay for a service you don't even use. It's like a modern-day plague, and we're all victims. Moreover, some apps make it difficult for you to unsubscribe!
But why are subscriptions so bad?
So what's the solution?
1. Go back to the old way.?Some companies are starting to offer lifetime licenses for their software. This is an excellent option to avoid the hassle of subscriptions.

2. Be more mindful of your spending.?Before signing up for any subscription, ask yourself if you need it. And if you do, please set a reminder to cancel it before the free trial ends.
3. Use a subscription management tool.?There are several tools available that can help you keep track of your subscriptions. This can be a great way to avoid overspending and ensure you're not paying for services you don't use.
The subscription economy stays here, but that doesn't mean we must be its victims.
By being more mindful of our spending and using the right tools, we can fight against the subscription plague.
P.S.?Please let me know if you find an app that helps you manage all your subscriptions and isn't a subscription itself ??
But seriously, enough with the subscriptions already!
