Subjective (Personal/Individual)Thinking (Policy or Philosophy) under Uncertainty.

?A Policy is defined in my separate LinkedIn Article named Global Policy. Keeping that Definition, I have decided to further define Subjective Policy as one characterized by being subjective in the sense that it is personal or individual, meaning that it is made by myself, when facing a significant situation that calls my own resolution. It requires that I can think in one way or another and I can make a Rational Decision about how to think about it. Therefore it requires the existence of a framework of freedom to think in one way or another.
Human Being experiences some situations in which he is subject to forces that he can not change, at least on an individual basis, so that he needs to live under that situation, even when it is a harsh one. And in some cases it can involve even facing the risk of personal life. Under these situations he needs to create a rational framework of thinking to make personal decisions about how to respond to changing conditions, sometimes happening in short periods of time.
Risk is conceptually understood on the basis of Uncertainty which is at the Origin of the whole Issue. Risk is a concept defined on an underlying situation of Uncertainty.
I start by considering the idea of Axiom(s), applying to this kind of situations.
Axiom 1: It is recognized that a Situation can be characterized by Uncertainty in its future evolution or development.
Axiom 2: A Thinking Decision needs to be taken under this Uncertain Situation, in the sense that it is not possible to totally remove the underlying Uncertainty and Consequential Risk, so that some Level of Acceptable Risk must be chosen (by me) when facing it.
Axiom 3: The choice to be made in Axiom 2 is subjective in the sense that it depends on the (my) personal will of the Individual Human Being (IHB).
Axiom 4: Under these previous Basic Axioms a Rational Thinking Framework (RTF) can be chosen (by me). At the same time it depends on my personal situation like my Health Risk Profile which also depends on my Age.
Axiom 5: The RTF implies a Personal Understanding of the Situation and the underlying phenomena, as much as can be understood by me.
Axiom 6: Understanding leads to create Personal Awareness about the Threat of a Situation to me. This, according to the corresponding Level of Threat, calls for an Act of Will of myself to Raise Awareness.
Axiom 7: Awareness calls for an Act of Consciousness to react in a Rational Way, with an Intention of Doing Good to myself and possibly to others. (Consciousness of Doing Bad not considered here).
Axiom 8: The Unavoidability of Death is taken as a given. Yet, it is uncertain when it will happen. Time to Death can be influenced by me according to my Health Risk Profile.
The InterAction among these Axioms frame my Subjective (Personal/Individual) Thinking Model about a given Situation.
Example of Situation: Pandemia Covid 19.
