I”m thinking of the importance of having a happy team, make them feel needed, that they feel seen. But also take time for coaching make them feel the can develope. Some companys is taking time and money for recruting new people to often instead of taking time and money keeping the ones they have staying.??

High level of value from the article Richard Spencer ?? “how can you effectively lead others if you can't effectively lead yourself?” Was a question that popped up in my mind.
