RADICAL JOB SHOPS Make Big Profits & Even Bigger Impact When They Have a Killer Brand & Stupid Simple Marketing Machine
Do you celebrate (or even acknowledge) your wins? ??
Each quarter, I set aside a few hours to review my journal from the past three months and jot down everything that made me feel proud of myself.
Every single time, I’m floored at how much I accomplished in just ~90 days. ??
I’m not just talking about the projects I won and executed or the process improvements I made or?the podcast interviews I crushed–those things make the list too, of course.
But I also include things like:
?? Learning difficult lessons ?? Making it through hardships ?? Putting down work to relax and enjoy life ?? Spending time with people I love ?? Taking care of my home ? Investing in myself body, mind, and soul
Writing all these things down gives me the fuel I need to set new goals for the upcoming quarter and make a plan to get it done. ??
Does it take a lot of time to document, plan, and reflect on my life?
Absolutely.
But by doing so, am I more conscious of the way I spend my time and more prepared to tackle challenges in the future?
HELL yes.
This is a great practice for team-building too!

One of my clients does this with their team EVERY MORNING during a 15-minute standup–and the results are tangible in the way they show up for each other.
That’s some powerful magic.
And it’s so simple!
What can you?do to bring more celebration and acknowledgment into your shop and your personal life?
