7 年I haven’t seen this in person but I’m guessing the illusion works best at a distance/angle of perspective.I agree that some could still find it confusing to walk on, the subfloor surface is flat. We have received installation stories from other companies in the past where optical illusion in the floor was used to hide a step or ridge. I would want to make sure my liability insurance was paid promptly in that situation! :)
