Stunning new building for premium Southampton Quays Boatyard

Beautiful new building designed and built for Premium Residential and Commercial Boatyard on Southampton Quays. Utilising a fully bolted precision engineered cold rolled C-Section design with fully insulated composite cladding from Kingspan.

To create a feature frontage to the building, the exterior cladding was battened and boarded using Western Red Cedar horizontal custom profile shadow board. The result is stunning and accentuated by the contrast of the horizontal timber cladding and vertical profile steel cladding.

The interior space offers a fantastic amount of light with the insulated skylights and double glazed windows reflecting off the white lining of the walls and ceiling. The galvanised frame provides a contrasting industrial design element in keeping with the location.

The end product has transformed the area and created a welcome addition to the quayside. The quality and refinement throughout the building is evident in every last detail.
