THIS STUFF SAVES LIVES !! IT SAVED MINE

I’ve got crap going on in my life.

This thing that’s going on, it’s emotional - sucking my energy, diverting my focus, & is a big fat dampener just at the minute.

The upshot may be that I have to pay a sum of money in potentially the six figure range.

I am 64 years old.? An age at which people are retiring, leaving the workforce as ostensibly too old, too redundant, too slow to learn & adapt.

Their earning days are more or less over, or so they believe.

When your model of life is go to school – earn – get married – buy a house – have kids – put money into super – retire, when you have no other strategies & not enough time to recover, then losing 6 figures of wealth could be a blow you could have trouble recovering from.? It could be devastating.

And 2 years ago, that was me too.

If this situation I'm facing now had happened to me just 2 years ago, I would have been so frightened, devastated, crushed.? I wouldn’t have known how to cope.? I wouldn’t have had the strength, fortitude or mental resources to deal with it, other than denial, numbing the pain, & needing to be rescued.

But now !? Such a difference !

THIS me, just 2 years later – she HAS that strength, internal resources, strategies to recover & bounce back strongly

THIS me, she KNOWS where she’s going, why she’s here, what she’s passionate about

THIS me, even in the crap, sees endless possibilities & opportunities.?

And I am so proud of that, of this new me.

So what changed that took me from a sense of failure, of being stuck, out of options & ideas, to this me who has such power, self-belief, control over her life & destiny ?

I learnt & applied things that I coach others in now.

It was an inside job.

I knew there was more for me, but I didn’t know how, I couldn’t see the path.

I had to let go of stories that were no longer true, of a world view that didn’t serve, of old beliefs that I’d picked up through my life.

I started to find success where before I found failure

I stopped forcing & doing & started being & trusting.

I let go of attachment to outcomes & timeframes & let life unfold

I couldn’t see what I couldn’t see.

I needed help, so I reached out, & found someone to help me, to coach me, and this is what I now am privileged to bring to others, safely, & with understanding too because I’ve been there.? I know what it takes.

I am 64, reborn, renewed.? I have transitioned more than once & re-created a whole new identity.

What I have learned over the past 2 years, has quite literally saved my life.

Life is for living.? With joy – not crushed by the daily grind & obligations & what’s the point of it all.
