Mother earth is filled with huge variety of people who belongs to different culture have unique principles to follow and have different tastes for food. The food making speciality has evolved, nurtured, and knowledge about it has transferred from generation to generation or one era to other.
We people on earth are lucky to have companies and brands who are in the war field of business called market to satisfy the taste of food we carry. Me and my team got an opportunity from my college to study one of the top companies in the food industry having the headquarter in USA. They are a B2B company deals with the major fast-food chains of the world and many 5-star hotels and restaurants.
Food product innovation is the key to continue the production of uniqueness in foods. The company we got to study about produce and distribute food garnishing products to the value chain of major food industry giants producing seasoning, sauces & dressings, texture & coatings, functional blends, etc products. There we researched almost every corner of the industry and analysed the innovative strategy the industry have been following throughout its career and also realised how such companies are holding the backbone of fast food industry. The company I studied supports spicing of food like pizza to flavouring food like syrups and sweet foods.
The strategy of such industry follows, changes from time to time and as we all know how this covid situation has made the world stand in time. These industries apart from facing huge revenue losses, still stand in the market satisfying the end customer without any delay. Innovations in their strategy has made them still stand on and learning how it works , pushed our knowledge to more brighter side.
We have learned how learning, innovating and growing with back kicks help a company to climb the stairway to heaven or its goal. We have also realised how we need to focus on the blending of knowledge to innovate methods to reach our consumers 24*7 in any corner of our Mother Earth.
