Last week I went to New Orleans to unveil EIS' new FDR sculpture. With several more in the works I may make an extended visit to New Orleans in the near future, one of my favorite cities. As cities go it hasn't been entirely tarted up yet.

The FDR sculpture was dedicated along with a new bridge and plaza at the museum and the mayor and Governor were on hand as well as the daughter of the esteemed historian Stephen Ambrose, who was one of the founders of the museum 25 years ago.

It was a glorious day getting up to near 80 degrees the day before - always fun to change climes in the middle of winter.

Next week I'll share images from our installation of our King George III Sculpture and the many figures now completed for the Museum of the American Revolution - shipping out this Friday
