Studio Hyperdrive x Interactive Scape Partner Summit 2024.

A few of our team members at Studio Hyperdrive recently had the opportunity to attend the Interactive Scape Partner Summit in Berlin. As the only verified Interactive Scape partner in Belgium, we were thrilled to spend two days immersed in learning, collaboration, and innovation with industry peers.

The summit gathered over 60 participants from 35 companies, offering a packed agenda that included 12 presentations, 5 in-depth workshops, and 11 interactive stations showcasing the latest advancements in interactive technology.

Here are some of the key takeaways we brought back to Studio Hyperdrive:

1. Real-time data visualization enhances immersive experiences.

Interactive experiences are becoming more engaging than ever, and we’re just at the brink of unlocking their full potential. Think about our recent Product Comparison Experience for Nike’s flagship store in Seoul. The summit demonstrated how real-time data visualization and immersive, touch-based interactions are transforming the way sales environments, museums, schools, and trade events engage with their audiences. Tools like these aren’t just on the horizon—they’re already shaping projects like our Phoenix Contact touch table, making our work even more impactful.

2. Collaboration drives innovation—and delivers value to clients.

The summit reinforced that the best innovations are born through collaboration. For our clients, this means that partnering with us isn’t just about implementing technology; it’s about accessing the expertise and ideas of an entire ecosystem. The discussions we had with industry leaders inspired new ways to merge different skill sets and insights, enabling us to co-create solutions that deliver far more value than any single entity could provide. For our clients, this collaborative approach translates into better, more creative outcomes that push boundaries eg. in the area of real-time data visualization and multi-screen complex setups.?

3. Advanced technologies unlock game-changing opportunities.

At the summit, we explored several interactive stations, experimenting with cutting-edge technologies like Scape X? and Displax. We even broke the world record for the most combined touches on advanced displays! These innovations open up endless opportunities, particularly for industries looking to transform customer engagement or streamline operations. One standout was the integration of smartphone-based input, where we experienced first-hand the seamless connection between mobile devices and Interactive Scape screens. For clients, this translates to smarter, more connected solutions that enhance user engagement and interaction across all platforms. Think about eg. pushing sales documentation seamlessly from the touch table to the client’s phone.?

4. User-centric design ensures seamless integration into workflows.

One of the central themes of the workshops was user-centric design, which ensures that technology adapts to users—not the other way around. Take our Phoenix Contact touch table for example we prioritized designing the interface to fit seamlessly into the client’s existing workflow, simplifying complex processes with intuitive interaction. By designing with the user’s experience in mind, we create solutions that are easy to adopt and provide real value to our client’s daily operations.

5. Community-driven innovation accelerates growth.

Being part of the Interactive Scape community means more than just access to the latest technologies—it’s about tapping into a global network of forward-thinking professionals who are driving the future of interactive experiences. For our clients, our membership in this community allows us to stay ahead of industry trends, continually bringing new, innovative ideas to the table. The summit reinforced the importance of this network, and we look forward to leveraging it to deliver cutting-edge solutions in our upcoming projects.
