STUDENTS ENGAGE ON PLACEMENT INTERVIEW

With an aim to help Apex Graduates peruse their rewarding career, Apex Career Services, career wing of Apex College organized 'Placement Interview' as a part of regular affairs. The placement was held at college premises from November 1-3

82 students from graduate and undergraduate level involved in the placement interview for various management positions of Shikhar Insurance Co Ltd, NMB Capital Ltd, Premier Insurance. The students were groomed with ‘Career Development Workshop’ which was envisioned to enhance soft skills and bridge the gap between College and expectation of corporate sector. After exhibiting positive attitude and enthusiasm during the Placement Interview the students reflected ‘We are thankful to Apex Career services for grooming our skills and helping us take responsibilities and challenges of real business world’.

 As per the staffing needs of the organizations, among all participating Apex Graduates 24 students were selected for written examination, 24 students designated for training and 3 students were shortlisted for management positions.

Speaking at the Placement Interview, head of Apex Career Services Mr Kul Prasad Prasai said ‘Apex Career Services an important wing of Apex assists students with career counselling, internship and job placements. Now we have relationships with more than 350 reputed corporate houses for placement of our graduates. We conduct specialized Career Services workshop for our students to nurture professional skills so that they are ready for corporate world’

Director of Academic Affiars Mr. Vinay Kumar Sharma thanked the panel members for showing interest and confidence in Apex College graduates.
