Student Quarters has established its Kentucky presence with the acquisition of Derby Row (formerly The Bellamy), a 640-bed student housing community in Louisville. The property is conveniently located in close proximity to the University of Louisville.

Derby Row is unlike any of Student Quarters' recent acquisitions as this project will be a complete renovation of the existing apartment community. Derby Row will feature 2 and 4 bedroom floorplans, all with bed-to-bath parity. Finishes include Quartz Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances and a luxurious furniture package. Amenities include a brand new Outdoor Kitchen and Courtyard area with multiple game and relaxation areas, Dog Park, Garage Parking, Yoga Studio, Saltwater Resort Inspired Pool, Onsite Security, and a State of the Art 24/7 Fitness Center.
