What do you do when you are well and truly stuck??You can't make a decision, and you know you need to get out of your own way? You can't think straight or clearly to move?

We normally get stuck when we think we should be something that we're not.?When life should be different to the reality we are living.
?
What are your strategies??What do you do??Or do you go round and round in circles until you eventually either give up, find a work around, or steel yourself to 'jump'?

I know in the past I've had a lot of strategies as a work around.?And many times gave myself a stern talking to, and just made myself do something …….. Sort of feel the fear and do it anyway……..but not quite with the right mindset behind it, but it often got the job done.
