Stuck in a comfort Zone?

Are you or your team members stuck inside of a comfort zone?

A comfort zone is great; by definition, it is a place where you feel comfortable, not challenged, in your lane, at peace.

If you stay in a comfort zone, you will continue to get the same results. In some cases, that is great. If you are an entrepreneur, or a person seeking to grow, it is a death sentence.

What if Thomas Edison had never been concerned about the candle or kerosene lamp for light? If Henry Ford thought that horses were perfectly good for transportation? If Orville and Wilbur Wright thought if humans were meant to fly God would have given them wings?

I could go on and on. Progress is only made if we challenge ourselves and that does not happen inside of comfort zones.
