I've heard people say that most Americans give up on their New Year's resolutions within the first month. So, if you're still sticking to yours, give yourself a big high-five!


It's easy to see why folks fall off the band wagon. Juggling a busy work schedule along with family and personal commitments, all while trying to develop a new habit, can be stressful! If that sounds like what you're going through, here are a few tips that may help:?


1. Share your resolution with others. Just saying it out loud to friends, family or colleagues helps to make it real and will increase your possibility of success.


2. Consider finding an #accountabilitypartner. Teaming up and having regular check-ins with someone who has a similar goal can be a huge motivator in staying on track.?


3. If you've already abandoned your resolution, give yourself permission to reset and restart. Make sure you're setting realistic goals that align with the time and energy you're able to commit.


As we end the third week of 2022, there's still plenty of time to make the adjustments you need to get to your desired outcome.?
