1 年Great read John Carrier - Often Industry4.0 starts off as an engineering project... and stays there. For successfully scaling I4.0 and embedding it in org structure, processes, culture, etc. there needs to be a strategic thinker at the highest level in the organization tying together business objectives, challenges, and milestones with I4.0 as the strategic initiative. Systems thinking is one of the best ways for these leaders to tie all these aspects together - thanks for highlighting the need and path forward. And looking forward to discussing further at your MIT Sloan Executive Education course this September!
