Are struggling to lose belly fat?

Hmm you are doing cardio all the time...

You are smashing the weights all the time....

And you eat all of the correct meals...

So how come you can't get rid of that pesky belly fat?

It nearly usually boils down to three factors:

1- Sleep deprivation

2- Excessive calorie restriction

3- The plan does not correspond to the lifestyle

All three of these factors add up to stress, and when we're stressed, our bodies stop performing correctly.

That fat-burning furnace begins to sputter, and the body begins to burn fewer calories at rest than it should.

So get some rest, since that is when your body refreshes, restores and does its magic.

Trim your calories progressively, since if you do too much too soon, you'll hit a plateau with nowhere to go from there.

Most essential, do not suffer and make your life miserable!

Who will stick to their strategy the most consistently?

Someone who is shedding weight slowly and steadily while still enjoying their social life and being able to have a drink at the weekend...

Or someone who consumes chicken and broccoli 5 times a day and despises every waking moment...

I can tell you right now that the second person will break first and ruin everything, and then it'll be back to square one.

Sort out your sleeping habits, be realistic about calorie reduction, and make sure the plan works for you...

THEN you'll see that losing fat can be simple.
