St. Augustine said of time, “If no one asks me, I know what it is. If I wish to explain to him who asks, I don’t know.” Time is an elusive concept.?We all experience it, and yet, the challenge of defining it has tested philosophers and scientists for millennia.?

The future is always this present moment.?We suffer when we resist the reality of the present moment.??You will see an enormous improvement in how you feel as well as how other people relate to you when you are more present in this moment.

Time is a series of moments happening one after another.?Focusing on some imaginary future or past moment takes our attention away from the present moment.?The ability to be more fully present reduces drama, chaos and conflict.
