Struggle - The Agent for Change
MyCube4Change
Supporting companies, teams and individuals as they tackle behaviour change and authentic transformation.
We generally have a negative understanding of a struggle.?In our feel-good world, struggles should be avoided.?But struggles are often a signal that it’s time for a change.?Especially if you’re at a decision-making junction, such as changing jobs or being promoted, struggles can be agents for change.?Take advantage of them as a catalyst for something new and different.
Interestingly, in the brain, new and different ideas need a little tension to form.?Without a struggle, fresh ideas and thought don’t come to fruition.?This tension arises from the gap between our desired outcome and our current reality and it lays the groundwork for change.
But change is never easy.?
The saying ‘Change is Pain’ exists for good reason.?Change can be painful and challenging to navigate, especially if the change is related to a life-changing decision.?But it’s an opportunity to grow and evolve. By embracing the struggle and pushing through the discomfort, what emerges can help you reach new heights and achieve your goals.
Treat struggle as a friend, embrace the invitation that struggle represents – use it as a springboard for change and transformation.
