Screen: Maintains tension and makes it easier for material to move in the direction of vibration. This can be horizontal or vertical. One machine can achieve both aggressive and gentle material separation.
Discharge port: The size of the discharge port can be designed according to the needs, and the discharge speed through the valve can be adjusted according to the needs.

Working Principle of Vibro Sifter
The material to be separated is fed through the hopper (the small hole on the top of the Vibro sifter), the screen/sieve will start to vibrate, then, the material fed into the hopper will pass through the sieve according to the particle size, and the particles larger than the sieve hole will stay on the screen surface , called the oversize, and the particles smaller than the sieve hole pass through the sieve hole, which is called the undersize.
The actual screening process is: after the crushed materials with different particle sizes and mixed thickness enter the screen surface, due to the vibration of the screen box, the material layer is dispersed, and the small particles take the opportunity to pass through the gap and transfer to the lower screen surface. Small and large particles cannot pass through and will stay on the sieve surface, so the original disordered particle group is separated, that is, stratified according to particle size, forming a regular arrangement of small particles at the bottom and coarse particles at the top. The fine particles that reach the sieve surface, those smaller than the sieve hole pass through the sieve, and finally realize the separation of coarse and fine particles, and complete the sieving process.
