The structure of my training in Amsterdam: Decoding the structures of the unconscious.
Connirae Andreas
Transformational Seminar Leader, author, and developer, with Andreas NLP. I teach new methods of "deeper change" which allow us to go beyond fixing problems.
Did you know that Wholeness Work comprises 4 Levels? Altogether it’s a comprehensive journey of deep transformation. In Amsterdam I’ll be training three levels from 22-29 June. Let’s delve into what you "get" in each level and how you can apply the lifelong benefits.
?? LEVEL I - You will immerse yourself in the heart of the Wholeness Work Method to release blockages and come to a life of greater ease and well-being.?
On Day 1 you’ll? experience the key components that make this gentle system of inner work both easy and profound. You’ll learn to bring your attention with laser-like precision to topics that limit you. You’ll discover how stress, negative thoughts or emotions can easily dissolve and become a gateway to gradual awakening. Plus you’ll learn a simple meditation format you can use for more restful sleep and to reset your mind-body system on a daily basis.
On Day 2 you’ll learn exciting additional “deep change” formats that can bring profound healing, relief, and growth.??
? You’ll learn the keys to transforming perfectionism, self-criticism, embarrassment & shame at perhaps the deepest level.?
?The emptiness/nurturing format offers a way to heal grief and loss, and even heal nurturing deficits from childhood.
You’ll find that Level I will provide you with tools that last your lifetime. They will bring - when practiced - better sleep, better relationships, less stress, and a deep sense of being in the moment. You may discover native capacities you didn’t realize you had–including an easy sense of humor, ability to solve problems, and enjoy life.
???? LEVEL II - When you learn the Level II formats, you’ll be able to effectively and gently transform much more within. Everything becomes a doorway into more Wholeness. We’ll explore how “inner separations” come about and you will:
? begin to heal experiences from the formative phases of your life
? identify and address coping strategies
? transform roles and identities
? learn to recognize and transform attachments and aversions, and discover how this brings you to greater freedom.
On? Day 2 you will:?
? discover your unconscious place of power and potency, and how this can make your inner work more complete.
? explore how you can deeply heal “victim” experiences.?

? heal intergenerational patterns (including those related to trauma and abuse), and free up more resources and kindness within.
?????? LEVEL III - You will learn the methods that can take you further in your journey of transformation. Whatever hasn’t already transformed for you - is perfect for the methods you’ll learn in Level III.
On Day 1 you will:
? discover a simple way to activate the entire nervous system for a more complete experience of " full presence."
? find out what we hide from ourselves and how Wholeness Work can free us from unconscious motivations.?
?learn a new way to find and heal inner “opposites” or polarities, that’s not based on content.
Day 2 is about dreams (and more!)
? Dreams are a window into the unconscious and Wholeness Work gives us an innovative way to fully utilize it. You’ll learn a two-phase method for processing dreams to experience profound growth and enrichment.
You’ll also experience
? how to integrate & nourish the 5 meta-program identities.
? two keys for working with inner voices and experience “fertile silence” within.
? further exercises and tips for dealing with challenging situations.

10 个月Totally agree Connirae Andreas. Thank you for this wonderful work. I did the course in Berlin a couple of years ago and find myself applying Wholeness as an easy and elegant entrance into being present with whatever arises. Not adding more concepts and analysis to all our parts and patterns but simply exploring (our) reality. It’s spiritual and practical. Love the title! Decoding the structures of the unconscious.
